Our Construction Management
Division provides field inspection and construction contract administration
services, including inspection of construction work to ensure compliance with
plans and specifications, inspection of traffic control systems, daily
documentation of construction activities, verification of quantities and
payments to contractors, preparation and processing of contract change orders,
review of construction schedules, conducting field construction coordination
meetings and contract close-out procedures. Our team also performs
constructability reviews of projects prior to construction to minimize field
problems.
Some of the projects L.D. King, Inc. has provided construction management for
include Interstate 210 freeway construction through Upland and Rancho Cucamonga,
Mission Boulevard improvements in Montclair, railroad grade separations at
several locations in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, Guasti Road/Milliken
Avenue intersection reconstruction in Ontario and various projects in Fontana,
including improvements to Jack Bulik Park.
