CHINO BUSINESS PARK
The 149-acre industrial park project was approved by the City of Chino under the subdivision of Parcel Map 15238.  The project consisted of 27 industrial lots.  L.D. King, Inc prepared a mass grading plan, infrastructure improvement plans and two final parcel maps.  The east half was sold to Carson Companies and L.D. King, Inc prepared the precise grading plans for the industrial buildings constructed there.  One challenge presented by this site was a project designed by the Army Corp of Engineers to raise the Prado Dam by 10 feet.  The areas under the 566 elevation were not buildable.  L.D. King, Inc was successful in processing a volume offset with the Army Corp of Engineers to excavate from the lower lying portions of the project and fill other portions to increase the buildable area.
